Who is this service for?

Anyone can use this service. Our regular customers tend to be busy professionals, students, families, individuals with limited mobility and AirBnB businesses. For business enquires, please contact us here.
What is the size of bag I need to provide?

1 load is roughly a full Tesco/Sainsbury’s bag for life.
Do I need to sort clothes?

You can choose between a mixed wash service (where clothes are washed together) or a separate wash service (where you would separate your laundry and clothes are washed separately).
What if my bag is overfilled?

If your laundry significantly exceeds a standard load, we’ll simply treat it as an additional or larger load and let you know.
How do I make payments?
